The Science:
Your first visit will include an in depth evaluation of your current movement patterns, your relevant history, and what you want to be able to achieve. Bring any test results or imaging. Please wear comfortable and non-restrictive clothing. You may choose between a ramp or a few steps up to enter.
Plan for the initial session to be 1-1.5 hours. If you choose, we can also have a conversation with recommendations for nutritional support and natural remedies as well as lifestyle adaptations.
The Art:
To heal, is to create intimacy, with oneself, the rest is temporary.
